Mats Magnell, CEO
Mats Magnell has extensive experience in international business and in developing entrepreneurial companies. Mats has been working with international marketing and sales of high tech products for 17 years, e.g. as Project Purchasing Manager at Scania AB (2006-2009) and as Head of Marketing and CTO at Mydata AB (1998-2006). Mats holds a M.Sc. in Mechanics, a Lic in Environment Economics, and a B.Sc. in Economics from Lund University.

Dr Fredrik Bruhn, Vice President
Dr Fredrik Bruhn, Vice President and responsible for Sales and Marketing of Aerospace and Defence Business, is a co-founder of Ã…AC Microtec. He has designed and implemented multifunctional microsystem architectures for spacecraft and robotics. He is a senior designer of the Micro-Link 1 nanosatellite. Among his other accomplishments, he has designed a highly miniaturized submersible robotic craft for the sub-surface exploration of Europa, a moon of Jupiter. In addition, he has been awarded two NASA technology innovation awards for his work at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. in microsystem technologies for space applications and a M.Sc. in atomic and molecular physics from Uppsala University. He is an alumnus of the International Space University (ISU) from the SSP'01 in Bremen, Germany.

Olle Strandberg, CTO
Olle Strandberg has extensive experience in product development and production of high-tech components. Olle has over 20 years of experience from working with development, production and quality assurance, e.g. as Head of Development at Partnertech (2004-2008), Head of Development at Swe-Dish Satellite Systems (2002-2004), Quality assurance work for E2-Home, Netcom, Det Norske Veritas and Ericsson Radio Systems (1990-2002). Olle holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Economics from Linköpings tekniska högskola.

Robert Lindegren, Manager Engineering Team
Robert Lindegren holds an M.Sc. in Engineering and Material Physics and has a background from the Ångström Space Technology Centre at Uppsala University. Robert has several years of experience of project and client management, as well as practical hands-on experience of advanced MEMS design, development and manufacturing.

Johan Bäcke
Johan has served in management positions in a number of seed/early-stage companies. He has been involved in co-funding a number of start-ups, many of which arose out of university research. Johan’s specializes in management and marketing. He is a co-founder and partner of RP Ventures, and has a past at the Swedish Trade Council North America. Johan holds an M.Sc. in International Business from the Gothenburg School of Economics and from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany).

Staffan Junel, Master of Science in electronic engineering, has held positions as VP Ericsson Radio Landmobile Communications, CEO Victor Hasselblad AB and CEO Micronic Laser Systems AB. He is currently Chair of Rolling Optics AB and is a board member of IRnova AB.

Sven Löfquist, Board member
Sven Löfquist co-founded Micronic Laser Systems in 1989, where he served as CEO between 2000 - 2009. Sven has extensive experience in international business and developing entrepreneurial companies. Board member of M2 Engineering AB between 2001 - 2005.

Stefan Hanna, Board member
Stefan Hanna has held positions as head of M&A-activities at Ericsson, CEO of Enator Affärssystem, Executive VP of Industri-Matematik. Stefan started his career at IBM. Chair of Populate AB and board member of Spogg AB.

Olof Sjterberg, Board member
Olof Stjernberg was previously CEO of Wasa Kredit AB, a financial company within Länsförsäkringar. Olof is also Chair of Kalogi AB.
